You Twitter account is working hard. You are putting in the time, tweeting, replying, re-tweeting, posting URL’s and remembering your hashtags. Your followers are growing and you can see visitor traffic coming to your site. All good but do you capture all those positive mentions and interactions or are they just washed away with tomorrows tweets?

For most businesses third party recommendations and endorsements for products or services are a really valuable string to the marketing bow. Take steps to capture them and place them where they can be seen either on your web pages or in your blog.

A great way to organise them is to “Favorite” positive tweets. This will keep them all in one place ready to use when you need them.

You can then display these “Favorites” on your site as a feed showing all visitors the latest comments. Twitter already has what you need to do this in the form of a user widget for an embedable timeline, just follow the link, enter your preferences. Don’t forget to select the “Favorites” tab.

If you only want to capture a single tweet or conversation to add to your blog or web page use the following steps.

Click on the “more” link just under the tweet you wish to add to your page. Select “embed from the dropdown. This will then display the code you need.
